The following items are personal supplies each student will
require. I will have a list available at Back to School night for items that
are classroom supplies that will be needed in a smaller amount. Thank you!
□ 1 Book Bag or Backpack
□ 1 dozen #2 pencils (NO MECHANICAL
PENCILS)
□ 1 large pink rectangular eraser
□ 1 box of crayons (24 count, basic colors)
□ 1 box of colored pencils (12 count, basic
colors)
□ 1 – 12” ruler with metric measure (no see
through colored ones)
□ 12 glue sticks
□ 3 plain pocket folders (1 BLUE, 1 GREEN,
1 YELLOW)
□ 1 pencil box
□ 100 3”x5” lined index cards
□ 1 box of tissues
□ 1 DRESS CODE sweater or sweatshirt

□ 1 pair of inside shoes to be kept in locker
□ An extra pair of gloves and hat to be kept
in locker
□ 1 Small (fleece) throw, no larger than
54” x 54”, to be kept in locker
